It's crazy that you're even looking at this page. We debated whether we should even include a page like this on our website. Seriously, who would want to return their Golden PAWS apparel? We hardly ever make mistakes and everyone loves our stuff!
If you're one of "those" people, though, no hard feelings. It takes all kinds to make America work, and we are super accommodating by making it easy to return your gear. Here is our return policy:
We can accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the prints, or it isn’t what you expected for any reason, contact our stellar customer service team for help with a return or exchange.
Sale items cannot be returned. Gift cards are also nonreturnable.
Items that are engraved or otherwise customized cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part in the engraving or customization. We are not responsible for misspellings or other errors input by the customer. If you are purchasing a customized product, please double-check your customizations before completing your order.
If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise to us.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered return packages. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange is generally processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.
